Recruitement Strategy

- The GRI Recruitment Team will review your Resume and assist in determining a suitable position that closely matches your qualifications and experience.
- GRI will schedule either an in-person or online PreScreen Meeting. This is for us to get to know you – your abilities – aspirations and discuss our current available positions.
- Once you have completed this stage our Recruitment Team will lead you through your final interview with the relevant cruise line recruitment team and offer you support and guidance for your final interview.
- Once you have been successful in your hiring interview, you will be issued an Offer Letter from the cruise line company.
If you do not hear from us, it means that you unfortunately do not meet the requirements to apply.
Due to the high volume of applications that we receive, we can only respond to those applicants that meet the requirements.

STAGE 1 – RECRUITMENT STAGE:

- The Easy Part! Our recruitment team will guide you through the process.
- We’ll ensure you’re added to the correct systems.
- ⚠️ Important: Complete as much information as possible on the allocated system.
- Your application will be submitted to the chosen company for review and approval.
- This will likely lead to final interviews, though some positions may only require approval. Our team will keep you informed.
- If approved, you’ll receive an offer letter or confirmation of approval.
STAGE 2 – ONBOARDING STAGE:

- This stage requires more involvement and responsibility from you as the candidate.
- Our dedicated onboarding team will guide you through the process.
- Key requirements include:
✅ Passport verification
✅ COVID vaccination records
✅ Data forms & criminal background check
✅ Visa & medical requirements - Additional STCW safety training may be required depending on your role.
- Final preparation for dispatch/travel to ensure a smooth transition.
